How does this all work?
Chesnet wants to make getting your computer desktop or laptop, phone or tablet, printer / scanner / copier, WiFi router network fixed or setup or any other smart device fixed or installed as easy as possible. Just give us a call, shoot us an email, or request a quote by booking or requesting a free consult to get started. Once we’ve contacted you, discussed pricing, and setup an appointment, Chesnet will arrive to perform your requested service.
Do I need to pay a deposit
No! We want you to be completely satisfied with your service before you pay! "does not apply to ordered/ requested devices or parts"
Are there any additional fees/costs?
Besides local taxes, no additional hidden fees will be added or charged to you. Chesnet is completely transparent with you, so you will be asked prior to anything being performed that may incur any additional fees.
Will the technician teach me how to use my device?
Of course! Each service will be properly concluded with a full, in-depth demonstration and breakdown into how your device works, and all the quirks and features it may have. Chesnet will never leave you in the dark when it comes to the operation of your devices. Each technician has extensive knowledge on every product they install and are happy to go through any questions you may have about your device.
Is there a warranty?
Yes! With Chesnet’s top notch quality and precision, you probably wont need it, however, each install comes with a full 60 day warranty. During this 60 day period, should you have any issues at all with any of your products, Chesnet will come out and fix the issue at no cost!
